Q8974 The laser diode temperature controller is a device used to precisely control the temperature of the laser diode. By controlling the thermoelectric cooler (TEC), it keeps the laser diode within the set temperature range, ensuring the stable operation of the laser diode and thereby guaranteeing the quality and stability of the laser output.
Product Features:
Multi-channel display: It can display information such as channels (CH), process variables (PV, current temperature measurement value), set values (SV), etc. From the graph, you can see Channel 1 (C.1), the current temperature is 112.8℃, and the set temperature is 110.0℃. This facilitates real-time monitoring and adjustment of the temperature by users.
Wide temperature control range: From the labels on the machine, it can be known that the temperature range of CH1 channel is -10 to +110℃, and the temperature range of CH2 channel is -20 to +100℃. It can meet the requirements of different application scenarios for temperature control range.
Diverse control functions: It has PID control function, and supports automatic tuning (AUTO TUNING), which can automatically optimize PID parameters according to actual conditions to achieve more precise temperature control. At the same time, it also has the function of manually setting proportional (PROPORTIONAL), integral (INTEGRAL), and derivative (DERIVATIVE) parameters to meet the needs of users for different control strategies.
