Tektronix AM503B Product Description
The Tektronix AM503B is a high-performance current probe amplifier and a core component of the AM503S current measurement system. It supports use with the A6302 (100 MHz bandwidth) or A6303 (50 MHz bandwidth) current probes, integrating voltage outputs from AC transducers and DC Hall-effect devices to enable DC-to-100 MHz bandwidth current measurements. This makes it ideal for high-precision testing in power supply systems, avionics, medical electronics, and other applications. The device is compatible with oscilloscopes featuring 10 mV/div sensitivity and 50 Ω or 1 MΩ input impedance, outputting signals via BNC connectors. It comes standard with a GPIB interface for automated programming control.
