Agilent 8114A programmable pulse generator provides fast transition of 100v pulses to 50 ohm loads at rates up to 15mhz. In addition to simulating transients and failures, it is good for describing and testing devices that require high voltage or current pulses, such as flash memory, power MOS devices, infrared/laser diodes, and radar devices.
