Product Overview:
The Agilent 86060C is a compact switch with four to eight output channels and one or two inputs. This switch is designed to facilitate the configuration of Agilent optical attenuators, optical wave meters, OTDRs, and other optical wave testing instruments for both benchtop or automated system applications. The Agilent 86060 series optical wave switches are designed for 9/125μm single-mode, as well as 62.5/125 and 50/125μm multimode operations. The switching is bidirectional. The 1xN switch module is constructed around a precise stepping electrical mechanism. The optical switch 2*8 and optical switch 001012051109204/1X4 and 0014012051109/1X8, Agilent 86060B and 86060C optical wave switches cover a wide range of switch capacity, providing accurate and repeatable measurements. Configuring the switch is easy because the signal routing is graphically displayed on the display screen. You can easily integrate the switch into an automated test system using compatible SCPI commands via GPIB or RS-232 interface. The Agilent 86060B and 86060C optical wave switches have temperature stability.
