The Anritsu MG3633A synthetic signal generator is an instrument suitable for the research and development of quasi-microwave frequency band mobile communications and the testing of various radio equipment. The frequency range of the MG3633A synthetic signal generator is from 10 kHz to 2700 MHz. It features excellent frequency resolution, frequency switching speed, signal purity, and high output level. It also has amplitude, frequency, and phase modulation functions. Additionally, it provides scanning functions for carrier frequency, output level, and modulation frequency, enabling appropriate scanning of various tested devices. This signal generator has a frequency memory function, which can store 1000 carrier frequencies, as well as a function memory that can store 100 panel settings. Its maximum output level is +17 dBm and it can be used as a local signal source.

Wide frequency range: The frequency range is 10kHz - 2.7GHz, suitable for the research, development and production of radio equipment in the quasi-microwave frequency band.
High resolution and rapid switching: The frequency resolution can reach 0.01Hz, and it has a fast frequency switching speed, which can meet the requirements of high precision and rapid testing.
Low phase noise: By using the latest synthesizer technology, RF equipment technology and optical data link in the internal control circuit, the SSB phase noise is as low as -140dBc/Hz (CW, 1.1GHz, offset 20kHz), performing well in the signal-to-noise ratio and adjacent channel selectivity measurement of narrowband radio equipment.
High accuracy and high output level: Using high-precision programmable attenuators, the level can be set as low as -123dBm, with an accuracy of ±1dB. The output level can be displayed in units such as dBm, dBμV, V, mV, μV or relative values (dB).
Rich modulation functions: It has the ability to perform AM, FM, ØM and three modulation function combinations. In FM mode, there is also a DC mode, which can simulate the digital transmission of a pager. The built-in AF oscillator (0.1Hz to 100kHz synthesizer) can handle various modulations.
