The HP 8903B audio analyzer integrates the functions of a low-distortion audio source, a high-performance distortion analyzer, a frequency counter, an AC voltmeter, a DC voltmeter, and a SINAD meter (signal-to-noise and distortion ratio meter) into one unit. Through microprocessor control of the source and analyzer, it can automatically perform excitation-response measurements, such as signal-to-noise ratio and scanning distortion, without the need for additional equipment.
