发现
通过采用DPXTM频谱处理引擎专利技术,频谱分析仪可以实时分析瞬变信号。由于可以执行每秒>48,000个频率变换,因此在频域中可以显示事件周期最短24 μs的瞬变。这较扫描分析技术改进了500倍。可以在位图显示中根据发生频率在事件上标出色码,以无可比拟的方式查看瞬变信号。
 革命性的DPX频谱画面揭示了瞬变信号行为,帮助您发现不稳定性、毛刺和干扰。在这里,可以详细查看发生不频繁的瞬变信号。发生频次用颜色等级表示,不频繁的瞬变事件用蓝色表示(右面),噪声背景用红色表示。
触发
泰克频率模板触发(FMT)专利技术选项02可以在高达110 MHz带宽中简便地捕获瞬变信号。可以简单地配置FMT,监测采集带宽内频率占用的所有变化。功率触发在时域及任何采集带宽内工作,可以监测越过用户设置的功率门限的瞬间时点。解析带宽可以与功率触发一起使用,限制频带,降低噪声。它为同步测试系统事件提供了两种外部触发。
捕获
可以捕获一次,然后进行多次测量,而不需重新捕获。采集带宽中的所有信息将记录到RSA6100A 系列的深存储器中。记录长度视选择的采集带宽而变化,在配备FMT/深存储选项02的情况下,在带宽为110 MHz 时记录长度是1.7 秒,带宽为1 MHz 时记录长度是81.9 秒,带宽为10 kHz时记录长度是1.46小时。它在直到110 MHz 的所有采集带宽中提供了73 dB 的无杂散动态范围 (选项110),当存在大信号时可以实时捕获小信号。
 触发和捕获:频率模板触发功能监测域频变化,把任何超限信号捕获到存储器中。三维频谱图画面(左面的面板)显示了频率和幅度随时间变化情况。通过在频谱图中选择频谱超限触发FMT的时点,频域视图(右面的面板)会自动更新,在该时点上显示详细的频谱视图。
分析
RSA6100A 系列引入了多种分析功能,对处理元器件或RF 系统设计、集成和性能检验的工程师或处理网络、频谱监测或监控的运营工程师,提高了他们的工作效率。除频谱分析外,频谱图同时显示频率和幅度随时间变化情况。可以在频域、相位域、幅度域和调制域中进行时间相关测量。这特别适合包括跳频、脉冲特点、调制切换、稳定时间、带宽变化和间歇性信号的信号分析工作。
